When Ryan Gipple decided to leave the banking industry after 20 years, it was, by most accounts, a smart move. Moving from banking to business brokering in 2007 when businesses of all sizes in all industries were failing may not have seemed like a good move to some, Ryan Gipple saw opportunity. He is the franchise owner of the Chandler office of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation Southwest and a six month member of Tradesource.

These relationships will prove to be extremely beneficial to the business owner, or business buyer.” They “specialize in businesses for sale, franchises,business valuations, and commercial real estate.”
The Chandler office provides local and worldwide opportunities to entrepreneurs. “We help entrepreneurs sell their business and make business acquisitions. We have a number of related services that include exit planning, business valuations and business appraisal services and commercial real estate,” Ryan Gipple.
What sets his business apart is that he and his staff are able “to provide small businesses with similar professionalism and products that prior to now, only large businesses (greater than 20mm in revenue) have been able to receive. The biggest difference however is complete honesty and integrity in everything we do and a level of professionalism that exceeds expectations. I [Ryan] just received an award for the highest units sold in the Arizona Business Brokers Association for 2010.” It is important to note the reward was not for “any superior sales skills but because there is transparency and integrity in the buy/sell process.”
In his six months as a Tradesource member Ryan has traded for accounting services. The bigger benefit, he says, is the networking opportunities that being a member has provided. “I have been introduced to a vast number of small businesses that I would not have been connected with without Tradesource.”
