SIGNING UP
Yes.
Signing up as a Member requires some business details that need to be filled out during the registration process and for an authorized signer as well as a Tradesource Administrator to sign the Membership Agreement. Don't worry though, the process is quick and easy! Once you complete the registration form a Tradesource Representative will reach out to you about completing the process.
REWARDS
Because everyone's doing it! We are working together with numerous small businesses and their customers to build lasting relationships that benefit everyone and help us collectively compete in this competitive economy. It's customer-sharing to keep value circulating locally instead of with tech-giants or big box retailers. Strength in numbers.
Additionally, if you are a member using the Club Rewards program, telling your customers about the rewards you offer will keep them coming back and spending with you vs going to the competition.
Trade
Trade is Tradesource's Capacity Exchange Network which allows business to monetize unsold capacity or products to conserve cash, create new sales, increase efficiency and reduce waste.

TRADE DOLLARS
Trade Dollars are the medium of exchange that a business can opt to use within the Trade Marketplace to buy and sell goods and services. Trade Dollars compliment the United States Dollar and have many properties or characteristics that make them a valuable tool for conducting business. Trade Credits cannot be converted into cash from Tradesource.
The Use of Trade Credits and Capacity Exchange Systems are completely legal as outlined by the 1982 TEFRA Act and the IRS requires us to collect documentation on our members that buy and sell using trade credits as these are taxable transactions. In order to trade we are required to collect an EIN or TIN Number from all participating members as well having members sign a W9.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESSES
Yes, Businesses from different locations can participate in the capacity exchange provided they are small/medium businesses and are not part of a franchise, big box retailer, or online conglomerates.

CLUB REWARDS

Club Rewards is a powerful tool to help you gain new customers and reward existing ones seamlessly and effectively.
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
Yes, for customers who are not previously registered to the Club Rewards Program. Any customer that registers using your QR Code of Affiliate link will be able to earn and spend points with you by uploading pictures of their receipt from transactions with your establishment as a Basic Club Member.
If a Customer has already registered at another local member, they will need to subscribe to the Premium Club Program and Favorite your business in order to earn and spend points at your location. If they are already a Premium Club Member, all they have to do is Favorite your business within the Club Rewards App and then they will be able to start earning and spending points with you.
Anyone can sign up to become a Club Rewards Member. The only requirement is that the customer has an active phone number and email. Our Web App and native apps are designed to be simple and easy to use for all customers and keeps track of all there rewards in one place.
REGISTERING CUSTOMERS
Simple by using the Club Connect App you can sign your customers up by either entering their phone number or have them scan the QR Code that is specific to your business. Once they complete the sign up process you will be able to offer rewards, deals, discounts, and push promos to them directly through the platform.
If a they have already registered at another local member, they will need to subscribe to the Premium Club Program and Favorite your business in order to earn and spend points at your location. If they are already a Premium Club Member, all they have to do is Favorite your business within the Club Rewards App and then they will be able to start earning and spending points with you.
ISSUING POINTS
Issuing Points with Club Rewards is a seamless and straightforward process that takes little to no effort whatsoever on your part.
In order to issue any points to your customers it is required that they have Favorited your establishment on the Club Rewards App. If they registered with you directly this will be done automatically, however, if they are an existing Club Member and are subscribed to the Premium Club Program they will need to locate and Favorite your business on the app.
There are three ways in which points can be issued to consumers:
1) Receipt Upload: For all Basic Club Members (registered with you directly) and Members who pay in cash, can request a copy of their receipt from your establishment. They can then upload a picture of that receipt through the Club Rewards App and will be issued points accordingly.
2) Card Linking: Premium Club Members can link a spending card through the Club Rewards App that allows for points to be issued automatically based on their transactions with their favorite merchants.
3) Manually Entry: Additionally you can choose to use the Club Connect App to manually issue points with each transaction by having the customer show you their wallet QR Code, scan it with the app, enter the transaction details, and then points will be issued accordingly.
REDEEMING VOUCHERS
Have the Club Member present the voucher to you from Club Rewards App on their device. Simply Click the Redeem button located at the bottom of their voucher and punch in your businesses unique PIN Code or the PIN code given to you by a member of management. Once redeemed simply add their voucher discount, deal, or offer to their check before they checkout.

Use the 'Click and Collect' feature on the Club Connect App. Once scanned and successfully redeemed be sure to add the discount or deal to your register so they receive the offer.
SOLO POINTS
As a business using Club Rewards, your customers can earn Solo Points with every purchase if they are members of the Club Rewards Program, and have favorited your establishment. Solo Points can ONLY be used to purchase Solo Deals from the business where they earned them. If a Club Member has earned Premium Points from other Merchants, they can use their Premium Points to top up to the next Solo Deal.
Solo Points use and their functionality are subject to Terms and Conditions.
SOLO DEALS
Solo Deals are personalized deals and offers that you can create for your Club Members who have added you as a favorite on the Club Rewards App. This allows you have a Loyalty Program that is unique and specific to only YOUR business.
You can create and edit your Solo Deals with the Club Connect App. Solo Deals and Offers are subject to Terms and Conditions.
PREMIUM POINTS
ONLY Premium Merchants can issue Premium Points on purchases. Unlike Solo Points that can only be spent with the merchant where they were earned, Premium Points can be spent at any business participating in the ClubRewards Program. Premium Deals gives you the opportunity to attract new customers. Offering Premium Deals gives Club Members an additional incentive to shop at your location vs the competition.
When your business earns Premium Points from Club Members, this is additional income that can be used to purchase from other businesses in the Trade Marketplace or reissued to Club Members if you are subscribed to the Premium Tier or higher. Reissuing Premium Points to Club Members is a great way to attract new customers to your business as Club Members value the flexibility offered with Premium Points.
Premium Points use and their functionality are subject to Terms and Conditions.
PREMIUM DEALS
Premium Deals are where Club Members can access special prices and can use secret promo codes for greater discounts when spending Premium Points. Premium Deals help your business attract savvy local shoppers using the Club Rewards App. When offering Premium Deals you can entice consumers to shop at your location vs competitors.
Premium Deals and Offers are subject to Terms and Conditions.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Rewards Points that you issue do not Expire.
However, as per our Terms and Conditions, Club Members accounts may be considered as inactive after an extended period of time and may be closed without notice. We suggest that they maintain their account activity and use their points regularly.
EARNING POINTS
No, Club Members can earn points in many ways, for example, a Merchant may choose to issue Solo Points if Club Members add them as a Favorite, they may also reward Club Members for introducing friends, where they and their friend receive rewards and also if they share your offers on social media sites such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
We recommend having a $5 or $10 favorite bonus so that Club Members are encouraged to favorite and spend at your location. These points cost you nothing to issue and can only be spent on deals and offers you've setup.
CLUB COMMISSION
We want your integration of ClubRewards to be as rewarding for you as it is for your customers.
If a Club Member registers with you and then subscribes to the Premium Club Program we will give you a percentage of their Subscription fee. Rates vary based on membership tier and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Club Connect App
The Club Connect App allows you to manually process issuing and redeeming rewards, add and edit your rewards being offer, register new customers, and keep track of rewards sales.
The Club Connect App is available any Android, Windows or IOS device, at no cost.

Trade Platform
Tradesource is the main admin hub for members to access the Tradesource Ecosystem. Businesses can trade with other members, administer their account, create marketing campaigns to generate sales, etc.

TRADE SURPLUS
Tradesource works with our Business members by helping them create optimization strategies that best helps them spend their trade dollars frequently and regularly within the Trade Marketplace.
If for some reason there are not currently any businesses within the Trade Marketplace you wish to spend your trade credits with, you have two options. Alert Tradesource Representatives to prospective businesses that you would like to spend your trade credits with and that are not currently in the network or convert your trade credits into Premium Points and offer premium deals to Club Rewards Members through the Club Rewards System.
